1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using CabBooks (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

CabBooks is a mobile application designed for owner-operator truck drivers to log loads, generate invoices, track expenses, calculate per-load profit, and track IFTA mileage. The App is available on iOS and Android platforms.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use CabBooks. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Subscription and Payment

CabBooks offers a 30-day free trial. After the trial period, a subscription of $9.99/month is required to continue using the App. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings.

5. User Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data you enter into CabBooks, including load information, invoices, expenses, and IFTA mileage records. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of data you enter. CabBooks is not a substitute for professional accounting or tax advice.

6. IFTA Disclaimer

CabBooks provides IFTA mileage tracking and reporting tools as a convenience. GPS-based mileage tracking is an estimate and may not be perfectly accurate. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of IFTA data before filing with any government agency. CabBooks is not liable for any penalties, fines, or audit outcomes resulting from IFTA filings based on data from the App.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App while operating a vehicle

8. Limitation of Liability

CabBooks is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CabBooks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to CabBooks at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may request export of your data prior to account deletion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
